To leave a legacy or life-insurance

If you are liable to tax in France, do you know you can extend your help to AMTM by organizing the transfer of your patrimony?
This is a way to make your support and, therefore, our actions going on for long.

1°) To leave a legacy

You can bequeath a part or all your property to AMTM with a deed or simply with an entirely handwritten, dated and signed holograph will.

Thus, your legacy or will ensures the respect of your last will and testament. You can organize the sharing of your property between the persons or organizations of your choice. You can bequeath or give:

  • Liquid assets,
  • Real assets,
  • Furniture,
  • Jewelry,
  • Shares…

You can keep your holograph will at home or have it probated by a lawyer at the Dying Wish Central File.
If you have already made your will, you can easily change it. You can bequeath to AMTM even if you have rightful heirs.
In that case, the French law entitles you to leave a part of your property called “disposable share of estate”.

2°) To take out a life-insurance

If you have taken out a life-insurance, you can also freely designate AMTM as its beneficiary legal entity.

Whatever your choice may be, please mention AMTM exact title so that your will can be honored without any problem:
Assistance Médicale Toit du Monde
81, avenue du Maréchal Joffre
92000 Nanterre
At last, do you know that if you are the beneficiary of an estate (heir or legatee), you can donate the property to AMTM, which, depending on your situation, grants you a deduction on the inheritance tax or a tax cut under certain conditions and within 6 months after the decease?

A lawyer in the association is at your disposal to help you in the procedure or for any additional information you may need: info_juridique@amtm.org
