AMTM on "Who wants to be a millionaire?", a great success!


On June 22nd, 2004, AMTM has been distinguished on TF1 channel TV program Qui veut gagner des millions ? (Who wants to be a millionaire?). It was represented by Mouss Diouf, Francis Lalanne, Jeane Manson and her daughter Shirel, who collected €124,000 for the association!

Use of the funds

    €4,718 – Participation in the sending of a medical, humanitarian and sponsorships mission of 14 persons in Nepal (Kathmandu Valley) .

    €1,600 – Donation for the supply of drugs in the 7 health centers of Sisters St-Joseph of Cluny, in the area of Kalimpong.

    €18,577 - Purchase of medicines for all AMTM missions over the year 2005

    €24,800 – The 20% usually allocated to the functioning of the association have been invested here: they have been the necessary input to buy on credit our new offices in Nanterre.
    This expansion will make it possible to increase and improve our actions on the spot…

  • July 2005

    €16,500 – Construction of a building of eight rooms each housing two students on the site of Nyingmapa Wishfulfilling Institute, Sundarihal (Kathmandu valley, Nepal).
    What a better way to preserve Tibetan culture that enable the education of future teachers thereof…

    €7,000 – Building of showers and toilets essential for the hygiene of the children in the site of Gonjang (Sikkim, India).

    €2,600 – Financing of the building of showers for the children of the site of Jangsar Dechen Chöling in Kalimpong (India).

    €12,000 – Sending of a medical, humanitarian and sponsorships mission of 8 persons in India (Kalimpong, Rewalsar, Sikkim) .

    €2,000 – Campaign of specialized surgery for heavy functional handicaps by the Sisters St-Joseph of Cluny in Kalimpong (India).

    Moment of intense emotion: each patient who had surgery comes to thank AMTM team.
